Biography
I am a legal advisor with many years of experience in comprehensive legal services for enterprises, as well as a specialist in the field of commercial companies law, tax law, civil and economic law.
I studied law at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, as well as American philology at the University of Gdańsk. I graduated from the legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, as well as the Tax Adviser Academy.
I started my professional career in 2009 in law and tax offices in Gdańsk, where I advised on tax optimization, enterprise transformation, participated in trade negotiations and prepared commercial contracts and corporate documents. I was the operational director in a medical company, as well as the director of the organizational and legal department at the Port of Gdansk S.A. My duties included work organization and substantive supervision over a forty-person team dealing with legal services and tenders in the company, as well as ownership supervision and control over subsidiaries belonging to the Port Gdańsk Capital Group.
I have been associated with Moore Polska continuously since 2016 as a corporate lawyer, from July 2020 as the director of the Legal Department, and from November 2021 – as the Tax and Legal Director.
