I am a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznan.
I have many years of experience in business consulting, value assessments, transaction consulting, restructuring, strategy building, as well as auditing and accounting. I specialize in advising on the process of mergers and acquisitions, transformations, demergers and in-kind contributions, preparation of prospectuses, valuations of companies and shares, trademarks and copyrights, compensation audits, obtaining aid funds from the EU.
