For the past 12 years I have been heading the Customer Relations Department, actively selling audit and accounting services focusing attention on matching them as closely as possible to actual needs and expectations.
I build lasting relationships with the client. I care about the quality, accessibility and speed of communication by providing direct contact to everyone, regardless of the scale of the project.
I also support teams both on the client’s side and my own in situations that require mediation. I improve internal processes always guided by the well-being of the people affected by a given cycle of activities. I also negotiate contracts.
I am involved in shaping the company’s image by participating in various initiatives such as the Family Business Foundation, Business Societies and the Greater China Chamber of Commerce.
I have participated in specialized global conferences. I have experience in representing brands internationally.
I serve foreign clients and maintain direct contacts with other professionals from many countries.
Member of the international team overseeing the Early Warning Europe and ResC-EWE projects. In Poland, PARP and the Family Firms Foundation are responsible for implementing the above projects.
The goal of the activity is to provide free assistance to companies and entrepreneurs in crisis situations. In both projects, support is directed to SME entities that operate in the EU.
In Poland, nearly 1,000 companies have already decided to take advantage of the knowledge of well-chosen specialists in various fields, who themselves run their own business, so their credibility, knowledge and experience help open participants to new solutions.
At the EU level, participants included. Belgium Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain.
