Grażyna Chrobak

I am a Director of Accounting Services with nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. I specialize in maintaining, supervising and verifying accounting books in accordance with Polish and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS).

I have been with MOORE PO£UDNIE office for 15 years, where I am responsible for the operation of branches in Bielsko, Katowice and Zywiec. I manage an accounting team of 30 people, overseeing bookkeeping, tax records, and HR and payroll services for clients with a diverse business profile. I actively participate in the development and implementation of accounting procedures that streamline the organization’s work.

My professional career began in the second half of the 1990s, in small companies and accounting services offices, which allowed me to gain extensive experience in handling a wide variety of entities. For more than a decade I worked in a joint stock company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, responsible for full accounting and tax services, preparation of financial reports and cooperation with auditors.

I attach special importance to building lasting and positive relationships with both employees and clients, believing that trust and good communication are the foundation of any organization’s success.
