Agnieszka Drożdż-Wilk

I am the director of the Tax and Legal Department of Moore Polska Sp. z o.o. – 9. audit firm according to a ranking by the Rzeczpospolita newspaper.

I am a legal counselor with experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses, as well as a specialist in commercial company law, tax law and business law.

I studied law at the University of St. Thomas. Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as American Philology at the University of Gdańsk and International Business Management at WSB. I completed my legal advisor apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdansk, as well as the Academy of Tax Advisors.

I started my professional career in 2009 in law firms in a wide range of consulting, including in the field of tax optimization and business transformation. I held the position of chief operating officer in a company in the medical industry, as well as director of the organizational and legal department at the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A.. My responsibilities included the organization of work and substantive supervision of the team dealing with legal services and tenders in the company, as well as ownership supervision and control over subsidiaries that are part of the Port of Gdansk Capital Group.

I have been with Moore Polska continuously since 2016. As a corporate lawyer, from July 2020. as director of the Legal Department, and from November 2021 – as director of the Tax and Legal Department.
