The five-year anniversary of Moore Polska’s membership in the Moore Global network is not just a time for celebration—it’s above all a moment of reflection on how dynamic growth is possible even in the most challenging economic realities of the 21st century. Over the past five years, the world has experienced the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, an energy crisis, inflation, and unprecedented economic and political tensions. That’s why we are especially proud that both Moore Polska and the Moore Global network not only endured but grew dynamically and boldly faced these challenges.
As the World Changed – we grew
The 2020–2025 period was undoubtedly one of the most demanding for the entire advisory, audit, and financial industry. The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated not only a reorganization of work but also an immediate acceleration of digital transformation. The war in Ukraine triggered a global geopolitical and humanitarian crisis, leading to instability in financial markets. Inflation in Poland reached levels not seen in decades, forcing companies to redefine their operational strategies. During this unpredictable and turbulent time, Moore Polska not only maintained operational continuity but recorded significant growth.
At the time of joining the Moore Global network in 2020, Moore Polska (then still operating as Rewit) had 8 offices in 6 Polish cities, employed just under 140 people, and generated PLN 14 million in annual revenue. Five years later—in 2025—Moore Polska can proudly report:
- revenues exceeding PLN 55 million,
- a team of nearly 300 people,
- 11 offices in key locations across Poland,
- broader accessibility, with operations expanded to 9 cities,
- a jump from 14th to 9th place in the ranking of audit and advisory firms in Poland.
This is the result not only of an effective business strategy but, above all, of the synergy between local energy and global opportunities.

Today, Moore Global is an international network with over 115 years of history. Founded in 1907 in London as Moore, Partridge & Co., it has built its identity on values such as independence, quality, partnership, and social commitment. Currently, it comprises:

This model would not be possible without its leaders—Lidia Skudławska and Piotr Witek—visionaries who combine local values with a global perspective. One of the pillars of Moore Polska’s success is its participation in the global development initiatives of the Moore Global network. Between 2020 and 2025, the firm actively took part in programs such as:
- Moore Ambition – a program for future leaders. By 2022, it had already included over 1,000 participants worldwide, giving them space to develop leadership and strategic skills.
- Harvard Moore Executive Leadership Programme – a partnership program with Harvard Business School, aimed at senior executives, in which Moore Polska representatives also participated.
- Moore Talent Hub – a digital platform providing knowledge sharing, international mentoring, and access to advanced learning resources.
These initiatives build value not just globally, but most importantly—locally—strengthening Moore Polska as an employer of the future. - support for all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals,
- over 11,800 trees planted globally,
