As a financial advisor with an extensive practice in Corporate Finance, I provide support to owners and management of companies of different business scales, from various industries. I most value my work as a trusted advisor to clients in the medium-sized business sector, but I also enjoy participating in the decision-making processes of large corporations. I specialize in M&A transactions (business sales / investor acquisition), as well as corporate development strategies and raising financing.
On a daily basis, I use multidisciplinary knowledge and years of experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. I am a financier with a background in law (legal counsel), and by passion a humanist seeking to apply lessons from history and psychology to the new challenges of today.
I joined Moore Polska in 2023 as a leading Partner / Corporate Finance.
Previously, I was associated with the consulting firm Access Ltd for more than 20 years. part of the NM Rothschild & Sons group, and then the UniCredit group and the International Mergers & Acquisitions Partners network (as Consultant, Vice President, and for 12 years Vice President and equity partner).
Then, for 10 years, I held the position of Partner / Corporate Finance in the Polish office of BDO, a member of the world’s fifth largest audit and consulting organization.
I also remember and value the experience of 1.5 years of manual labor as a laborer – machine operator at the ÖNOS food processing factory in Sweden.
