A financier by education, an HR professional by passion and heart.

I am an HR Manager with several years of experience in the financial industry, as well as in an innovative startup environment. For several years, I supported new, mainly technology-based, ventures through mentoring and training in Human Resources Management, as well as business development in the broader sense (over 400 hours of meetings and workshops).

I have been with Moore Polska since 2020 and am responsible for the HR and Communications Department. My main areas of interest include:

In my daily work, I try to focus on direct communication and cooperation – both with the business, as well as with employees and candidates, and build a positive atmosphere based on trust.
