I have been dealing with issues in the field of accounting and finance for more than twenty years. I gained professional experience for many years in an international manufacturing company, working at the interface of accounting and controlling. There I carried out both strictly accounting and controlling tasks, which allowed me to deeply understand the functioning of finances in the organization from the inside.
In 2014 I started working with Moore Polska, and just a year later I actively participated in the establishment of the company’s branch in Lodz. Both my experience in internal accounting and outsourcing gave me a broad perspective on accounting and financial processes and allowed me to look at them in a comprehensive way. Currently, I manage Moore Polska’s branch office in Lodz.
The dynamically changing business environment today demands flexibility, openness and attentiveness. Taking care of process optimization, efficiency, security and flexible tailoring of solutions to customers’ needs in such a reality is a daily reality for me.
