I am a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial management, auditing and business process optimization. I graduated from the University of Gdansk with a degree in Banking and Finance, and supplemented my knowledge with postgraduate studies in finance and taxation.
Over the years, I have worked for both large multinational corporations and consulting firms, where I was involved in financial management, reporting, auditing and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with international standards (IFRS, US GAAP, German GAAP). I led financial and audit teams, supported boards in strategic decision-making and optimized financial processes, often in an international environment. I have extensive experience working with companies in various industries – from IT and video games, heavy industry and energy, to real estate and consulting services.
I specialize in audit and financial project management, strategic analysis and building strong and effective teams. With the ability to effectively manage finances, I have successfully implemented changes, streamlined operations and supported companies in their growth. My work has been repeatedly validated by external audits and the business successes I have achieved with my teams.
