From October 5–7, 2026, Moore Polska will participate in EXPO REAL in Munich —one of Europe’s most important events for the real estate and investment sectors. As part of the international Moore Global network, we will be present at the joint booth B3.020, where experts from various markets will discuss the challenges facing the industry today and the opportunities for cross-border investment.
Real Estate Market: Optimism Despite Rising Costs
Moore’s presence at this year’s EXPO REAL focuses on the changing business environment of the real estate sector.
Data from the Moore Thrive Index 2026—a survey of 2,425 executives from 17 economies and 15 industries—shows that the construction and real estate sector remains one of the most optimistic, with a score of +38.2. At the same time, as many as 62.4% of respondents from the real estate industry plan to increase their investments in the coming year.
However, this optimism is operating in an increasingly challenging environment. Financing is now cited by the sector as the most significant cost factor, ahead of raw materials and energy costs.
For investors, this means having to make decisions in an environment characterized by higher capital costs, pressure on project profitability, and the increasing complexity of projects carried out simultaneously across multiple markets.
These are precisely the challenges we want to discuss at EXPO REAL—from a business, tax, and organizational perspective.

He also has experience representing the brand at global events.
During EXPO REAL, attendees will have the opportunity to speak with him about, among other things , business development in Poland, the coordination of services in international projects, and leveraging the capabilities of Moore’s global network for business expansion. Moore Polska is also expanding its International Desk, one of whose areas of focus is supporting foreign investors who are starting or expanding their operations in Poland.
Seweryn Tomaszewski
Manager in the Tax Team, Moore Polska
Seweryn specializes in tax consulting for domestic and foreign entities. He leads projects involving, among other things , transfer pricing, MDR audits, and due diligence reviews, and previously gained experience advising the financial sector, including on issues related to tax groups and withholding tax.
His experience also includes Moore Global’s international programs focusing on tax and transfer pricing issues, which allows him to view cross-border investments not only from the perspective of Polish regulations but also within the broader international context.
