I am a practitioner with more than twenty years of experience in the maintenance, supervision, verification and restoration of accounting books according to Polish and international accounting standards.
I have a degree in the field and am authorized by the Minister of Finance to provide bookkeeping services.
I gained experience in multinational outsourcing corporations, and now I use it in building and managing the Accounting and Payroll Services Department at Moore Polska. I take care of the course of discussions with clients and the shape of contracts, the organization of tools and the selection of resources, the coordination of ongoing work and ensuring the quality of services provided. My tasks also include the creation and implementation of work standards and procedures, and the maintenance of efficiency parameters in the implementation of service. I initiate and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions in the work processes of the finance and accounting and administrative departments. I really enjoy what I do, and I am eager to help others grow.
