Biography

I am a long-time practitioner and specialist in finance and accounting. I have been professionally involved in the accounting industry for 20 years, and with Moore Polska since 2008. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Management (specialization: Accounting) and Law and Administration from the University of Gdansk, as well as postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Banking in Gdansk in the field of Taxes and Tax Consultancy. I hold an accounting certificate from the Minister of Finance No. 22081/2008.

For many years, I worked operationally as an independent accountant and team manager, managing and supervising the accounts of entities with different business profiles. I am currently co-managing the Accounting Department of Moore Polska in Gdansk.

I have experience in system implementations and process management. I am also a promoter of lean management and an initiator of change. I implement accounting optimization solutions and actively seek efficiency tools.

In my activities, I place a strong emphasis on developing the potential of employees, making better use of resources and optimizing work tools.
I am also the author of the OPTIMAlnie project designed for accounting staff, where I conduct practical training and improvement workshops on the use of Comarch ERP OPTIMA system.
